Managed all workflows independently using Workfront, developed a full brand identity covering promise, values, logo, typography and colour system, and built a four-year business plan including forecasting, budgeting and risk assessment. Oversaw fine art production, curation and logistics from concept to delivery, while driving marketing through social-first campaigns and direct outreach.
Impact
Built a recognisable independent art brand from the ground up, launching a fully functional website and e-commerce platform on Squarespace and developing a complete sales infrastructure that generated direct art sales.
