Developed a rollout roadmap alongside the Head of New Business Development and CEO, researching regional merchandise trends and competitor positioning to inform the creative direction. Art directed illustrations, graphics and branded assets for production, managed print specifications, supplier coordination and quality control, and coordinated end-to-end merchandise rollout across 20 international cities.
Impact
Successfully launched merchandise operations across the full network, delivering 100+ branded products including apparel, mugs, tote bags and magnets. The programme created an additional commercial revenue stream, increased brand visibility across POS and online channels and strengthened brand consistency across multi-market customer experiences.
